Soft Ground is a public expert Q&A platform. Questions, answers, ratings, confirmations, and disputes may be published and indexed unless the user chooses a private mode or moderation restricts the content.

Answers are meant for triage, risk explanation, and next-step guidance. They are not a guaranteed outcome, instructions for dangerous work, or complete legal, technical, engineering, or design advice.

A bounty pays for prioritized attention and the quality of a public answer. Initially payouts, refunds, and splits are resolved manually by an administrator based on the case history, dispute status, and safety rules.

The user is responsible for removing personal and sensitive data from descriptions and attachments before publishing. The platform may hide, noindex, restrict, or remove content that violates safety, privacy, or good-practice rules.
